This clinic provides care for patients with congenital and acquired disorders of the bodily systems which control posture and movements.

The treatment of children and adolescents affected by trauma – including the accident-insurance consultation with the duly appointed physician as set forth by the respective Employers' Liability Insurance Associations – is an integral components of care provided by this clinic.

Each year, approx. 17,000 patients visit this clinic during regular office hours (and in addition, the outpatient clinic). The Medical Director is fully authorised to conduct the full program of continuing education for certification as an orthopaedist, as an orthopaedist/trauma surgeon, as well as the supplementary continuing-education program "Specialised Orthopaedic Surgery" and Paediatric Orthopaedics".
